5. Payment Terms

Consultation Charges:

• Rates are displayed per minute for chat/call consultations
• Charges begin when connection is established with astrologer
• Wallet recharge is required before starting paid consultations
• All prices include applicable taxes

Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures, not for dissatisfaction with predictions.
